Seggiano Linguine Pasta is made using high density, Tuscan organic durum wheat that's traceable to the farm in the untouched Orcia Valley of southern Tuscany. It's slow-dried at a low temperature for fantastic firm consistency and excellent flavour. 

Our pasta is bronze drawn, giving it a more porous, matte texture that binds flawlessly to sauces. Long, narrow flat linguine pasta is the most popular choice to combine with pesto sauces.

David and Peri met in Roma Ciampino Airport in 1985, immediately discovering a common passion for both sustainable agriculture and Italian food.
