Hand-made by the Chefs at restaurant The Suffolk Aldeborough, this garlic and herb butter is made with Maldon sea salt and a splash or two of Pernod for added flavour flair.
Try spreading under the skin of a Sutton Hoo whole bird prior to roasting, or throw into a pan with a whole Turbot or Brill for a quick and easy meal to impress.
Note: This product is sent frozen. We recommend to store in the freezer upon delivery if planning to use later; or store in your fridge if planning to use within the next 5 days.
Tip: Cut off a bit as required, keeping the bulk in the freezer in the meantime for use another time.
