Almost deep purple in color, the Rump from our Native Breed cows has been aged for 28 days before being cut into thick cut steaks. As one of the largest muscles on the cow - it's a cut we receive a lot of on each animal we bring to the market. Therefore, to help us to source more from Pitfield Farm, you can now source these joints at a cost lower than supermarket beef, with a quality you will struggle to find anywhere else.
