James Foskett Farms went into organic production in 2009. They produce beans, beetroots, radishes, corn, potatoes, black salsify and, of course, these carrots.
Low Farm (one of the farm's growing sites) features a number of key BAP habitats and species for which the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths AONB is important.
Simply roasted with maple syrup and a sprinkling of Blackthorn salt - an easy wintry side dish.
