Taken just above the rump, the Silverside is a staple joint for either oven or pot roasting. A leaner cut than the rump or any of the rib roasts, we personally prefer a slower cook in a crock pot with buckets of veg and stock that the Silverside will sponge up over the low and slow cook. It's also brilliant to prepare quickly in the morning and have ready for lunch or dinner.
