The pastry is hand folded and rested in the traditional way in order to maintain the highest quality. Dorset Pastry does not contain any stabilisers, enhancers or other additives commonly used in mass production.
This sweet short crust pastry will carry any of your sweet, sour, or bitter Christmas pudding fillings. It contains no additives or preservatives and is GM free using only British ingredients
