If Christmas sparks a Scandinavian bent in your palate - one that cannot be serviced by our Ullapool Smoked Salmon on account of its lack of dill - then here is your answer. ChalkStream's Gravadlax has been hand filleted, pin boned and trimmed, before dry curing in a traditional marinade of salt, sugar and dill. The trout fillets are then dressed with rum, black pepper and a sprinkling of fresh dill to produce a Nordic classic with an exceptional texture and depth of flavour. Packaging
All of our meat and fish is packaged in 100% recyclable materials.
Freezer Life
All of our meat and seafood can be kept in the freezer for at least 6 months, but refer to the best before date on each pack.
Storage & Use
We deliver all our fish frozen ready for you to put straight into the freezer. If any of your fish has thawed slightly during transportation it is completely safe to pop straight into your freezer.
When coming to cook your fish, defrost thoroughly and use within 2 days.
Suitable for oven cooking. Times may vary depending on oven.
