Seggiano Conchiglie Pasta is made using high density, Tuscan organic durum wheat that's traceable to the farm in the untouched Orcia Valley of southern Tuscany. It's slow-dried at a low temperature for fantastic firm consistency and excellent flavour. 

Their pasta is bronze drawn, giving it a more porous, matte texture that binds flawlessly to sauces. The conchiglie pasta cut is reminiscent of a seashell and are great for pairing with vegetables sauces and pestos.
