You'll need:
1x half leg of lamb750g potatoes, halved or quartered
5 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
3 stalks fresh rosemary
2 tbsp, semi dried oregano
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp dijon mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
200g feta

Preheat your oven to 140C. In a deep roasting tray, add a layer of baking paper. Add your lamb and potatoes into the tray.
In a blender, blend together your garlic, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest & juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, cinnamon and honey. Once smooth, pour over the meat and potatoes and mix together. Wrap with another layer of baking paper and place in the centre of the oven for 5 hours. After 5 hours, remove the top layer of backing paper and foil and roast for another 20-30 minutes until browned.
Remove the lamb from the oven and crumble over the feta. Sprinkle over more rosemary and serve with some wedges of lemon. EASY!
